They also won the Greater Fort Worth Builder of the year for 1971, 1990, 2000, 2002 and Developer of the year in 2003 and 2004. William L. Bannister and William C. Bannister established Clarity Homes LLC., in 1998, in an effort to fill a void in the home building market that they had a passion for. Their goal was to deliver authentic, individualized and inspiring homes for each client. Clarity Homes strives to fulfill each client's lifestyle dream, whatever the budget may be. This father-son team has excellent communication and trust with their clients, suppliers and subcontractors, most of whom they have been partnering with for more than 10 years. Because of this effective partnership Clarity Homes has been able to complete a wide range of projects from master-planned communities, historic restoration projects and commercial projects. Clarity Homes has redefined the building process by creating a straight forward approach providing the ultimate customer experience. Because of this, a major part of their clientele is reached through referrals and second time buyers.
